COST Action AFFECT-EVO “An Evolutionary View to Understanding Affective States Across Species” is pleased to announce the 2nd Grant Period.

We invite applications from researchers at all stages, with special encouragement for:

  • Early-career researchers and innovators (YRI)
  • Participants from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC)

Key Dates

  • First application deadline: 9 January 2026
  • Subsequent evaluations: First Monday of each month until funds are exhausted

  2. Include all required documentation, in accordance with COST guidelines.
  3. Follow instructions and templates provided in the COST Grant Awarding User Guide.

Recommendation for Applicants:
Engage with your Working Group (WG) leaders early in the application process. Their guidance can significantly enhance the quality and impact of your proposal, particularly for STSM and VM grants.
